All orders made through our website are processed manually. After you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm the details, pricing, and delivery time. Payment is made only after confirmation and approval.

There is no negotiation on prices. Each product is made to order and carefully inspected before delivery.

Customers have up to three (3) days from the delivery date to inspect their items. If any product is found to have a manufacturing defect caused by us, we will take full responsibility and replace the defective piece at no cost.

After the three-day inspection period, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or adjustments.
If a specific item is defective, it will be replaced with a new identical unit — not refunded in cash.

All electronic components (such as LED lights, wiring, or power connectors) include a one-year warranty covering manufacturing or performance defects such as light fading, malfunction, or failure under normal use.
